5 Ways to Make Your Orgasms Stronger

No matter how satisfied a woman is with her sex life - and lesbians are more satisfied thaan straight women - there's always room to learn how to have stronger orgasms. Because orgasms are important to sexual satisfaction and something which many women can’t get enough of, it’s worthwhile to work on making them stronger. Here are five ways to take your orgasms to another level.

1) Kegels

You are never too young to start doing your Kegel exercises! Kegel exercises strengthen the muscles in your pelvic floor and strengthening those muscles will give you stronger orgasms. My article Kegel Exercises: The Secret to Intense Orgasms goes into more detail about Kegel exercises and why you should do them.

2) Practice Edging

Edging is where you bring yourself close to an orgasm, and then you back off. You do it over and over again, and then, when you can’t stand it anymore, allow yourself to climax. Having built up all that tension and then releasing it, gives you an orgasm you didn’t even realize was possible. You and your lover can also practice edging with each other.

3) Masturbate

Even if you have a lover, you should masturbate regularly. When masturbating you get to know your body in ways that no other person can. You explore, experiment, and find new techniques and ways to touch yourself. When you masturbate, you discover the tricks and secrets of your body, which is what makes for stronger and more intense orgasms. You can even work on your edging when you masturbate.

4) Exercise

From a physical standpoint, getting your blood pumping is great for orgasms. When we exercise, our blood circulates more than if we are sedentary, and better circulation means better orgasms. Any exercise that raises you heart will work, so do something you like and do it as often as possible.

5) Incorporate Sex Toys

Although women havea different responses to vibrator sensation, there is no doubt that a vibrator can provide both a different type of orgasm and a stronger one. Fingers are great, of course, but vibrators can really take the intensity to another level. You can use sex toys with your lover, of course, not just when masturbating.

Although these activities do not always involve your lover, the ability to have stronger orgasms will carry over to your lovemaking with her. Also, as mentioned, with a couple of the activities, she can be directly involved. And if you don't currently have a lover, you can still be sexually satisfied until you do.
