How to Stretch to Get Ready for Orgasms

Stretching feels good. Sex feels good. Stretching before sex makes sex feel better.

Stretching increases blood flow to your muscles. It also helps to relax muscles that are tense due to stress. Most women find it hard to enjoy sex, much less have an orgasm, when we are tense from stress. The feeling of relaxation from stretching brings a sense of well-being and relief from tension.

Stretching your inner groin muscles is a great way to prepare for an orgasm since it increases blood flow to the pelvic region. Not only is stretching your inner groin muscles a good preparation for orgasms, but it’s highly relaxing too. Try these stretches before your next sexual encounter:

Sit with your legs wide apart and bring the soles of your feet together, resting on the outside of each foot. Now, draw your feet towards your pelvis and press the soles together to increase the stretch. Hold this position and breathe for one or two minutes.

Next, kneel with your legs underneath you so that your bottom is resting on your feet. Lean forward, resting your torso on your thighs and stretch your arms out in front of you to release the muscles along your spine. Finally, get your lover to kneel behind you and gently press into your spine to enhance the stretch.

This short stretching routine will leave your pelvic, thigh, and back muscles relaxed and ready for whatever sexual activities that you and your lover have in mind.
