Bi-Curious? Tips for Experimenting With Another Woman for the First Time

Are you a woman who has been fantasizing about being with another woman or watching lesbian porn? If so, you are not alone. A recent study found that a majority of women are sexually attracted to other women, and PornHub reports that women are the biggest fans of lesbian porn. This doesn't necessarily mean that you should explore your bi-curiosity. Many women never do. However, if you decide that you want to experiment with lesbian sex, here are some tips on how to go about it.

Finding a Partner

Finding a woman for your first lesbian encounter can feel a little embarrassing and might take some time. Do you have a friend who is more physically affectionate than average or that you know has a wild side? Start paying more attention to the women you are around or meet. Try a little flirting and see what happens. You can also try posting a profile at online dating sites. Since so many women are at least bi-curious, finding a partner is not as difficult as it might seem.

Getting Together

To calm your nerves, you may want to decide beforehand that all you’re going to do your first time is make out. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to do everything. Remember that if you like it, you can do it again.

If you decide to go further than just a little making out, you may want to share that it’s your first time with a woman. Don’t make her feel like a subject in an experiment, though. She also is not a counselor, so you don;t need to reveal everything about your sexuality to her.

Once you’re in the midst of your encounter, just enjoy it! Don’t worry about what it means or whether this makes you bisexual or lesbian. Pay attention to what you’re feeling in your body, but don’t analyze it.  (To help make your first time a great time, see my article 10 Tips for Great First-Time Lesbian Sex.)

What if You're in a Relationship?

If you’re in a relationship and are interested in experimenting with lesbian sex, you will have to decide whether or not to tell your partner.  Would you tell him if you gave another woman a peck on the cheek or hugged her? How far do you have to go before a confession is required?

The evolutionary reason that men object to cheating is because their partner could be impregnated by another man, and they could end up raising another man's child, which puts them at a biological disadvantage to that man. That can't happen with lesbian sex, so it's not really cheating when the sex is with another woman, especially if it's just experimenting. Some might consider it emotional cheating, though, so you will have to be the judge.

Many women find lesbian sex more orgasmic than straight sex. Some find the emotional connection to their partner to be stronger. Whether you try lesbian sex one time or many times, you will definitely find that it's different.

Tell your husband of your feeling. I would say to my wife to loosen up and go for it
